Matthew Blake leads the technology practice for the Franklin Data, and serves as its President. He has served as a computer forensic expert and examiner. Blake’s computer forensic experience and expertise has included but not been limited to (1) finite analysis of user, systems and application generated data, and (2) technical interviews, discussions and analysis to ascertain how systems are used, information is moved/migrated, data is stored, recovered, replicated, governed and filtered. Franklin Data assists corporations in complex analysis of data and dataflow driven by the applications, packaged and custom, and infrastructure that stores and retrieves such data. Blake is also an information technology specialist with experience and expertise in enterprise class application development and implementation. He currently leads the custom development, implementation, upgrade, maintenance and management of several enterprise class software applications of several Fortune 500 organizations, as well as the applications at his firm.
Blake has also worked closely with companies to establish policies and best practices for information technology, which includes policies for transferring, downloading, monitoring, compliance with license use rights, auditing and installation of upgrades and patches of licensed software.
In addition, Blake has performed extensive testing and evaluation of emerging, litigation solution focused, and state of the art technologies and has led technical teams in more than 40 countries.
